20 cotton swabs,2 bottles of extraction solution / bag

DNA disinfection

Put cotton swab into protective tube in clean workshop and sterilize with ethylene oxide. After vacuumizing, the sterilizer releases ethylene oxide. Ethylene oxide enters through the holes at the top of the protective tube, sterilize the cotton swabs, eliminate all DNA and ensure that there is no residual DNA. The rubber cap filled with desiccant is installed at the front end of the protective tube, and then sealed with dialysis paper packaging bag.

Product introduction

A. Cotton swab is made of long fiber pure cotton, which can adhere a lot of biological substances.

B. The cotton swab rod can be broken, which is conducive to the automatic extraction workstation for sample extraction.

C. The cotton swab is inserted and fixed on the round plastic base, and the transparent plastic protective tube is sheathed on the base, and the transparent rubber cap is sheathed at the front end of the protective tube, and the rubber cap is filled with desiccant.

D. Cotton swabs are completely protected from biological contamination.

E. There are holes in the front of the protective tube, and the moisture in the cotton swab can be absorbed by the desiccant through the air hole, so as to prevent the deterioration of biological substances.

Usage method

A. Pull off the protective tube and spray the cotton swab with extraction solution to make the cotton swab wet.

B. Wipe the suspicious spots with a cotton swab.

C. The moisture of the swab can be absorbed by the desiccant at the front of the hole to prevent the material evidence from corruption.

D. Put the cotton swab with protective tube back into the dialysis paper bag, and the evidence information can be written on the bag.

E. In the laboratory, the swab head was put into the centrifuge tube, the swab rod was broken, and the swab head was left in the centrifuge tube.
